The two-acre midtown site houses an $82 million dollar project that includes a collective 292 residential units located at 1600 Patterson St. Units include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. About 12,000 square feet is devoted to multiple amenities, including a sky lounge with city views in both buildings. Other amenities include a fitness facility, a Speakeasy, a swimming pool with a bar, a canopy and a fire pit. South Carolina-based Woodfield Development also partnered with The Housing Studio for architecture design.
