SWH Real Estate Partners teamed with R.C. Mathews early on for this project to assist with budgeting and constructability analysis. This is the fourth project R.C. Mathews has worked on for SWH since 2014.
Overlooking the Cumberland River and Nashville’s skyline, River House is comprised of a fve-story multi-family building over a three-story parking garage within Downtown’s Rolling Mill Hill district. Located in the Downtown Code (DTC) zoning district and the Rutledge Hill Redevelopment District, the building includes approximately 245 units made up of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms. The garage includes two basement levels and one level at grade for a total of approximately 300 parking spaces. River House continues the momentum of Metro Nashville’s rapidly developing Rolling Mill Hill redevelopment and the project will be submitted to the USGBC for LEED NC certifcation.
