The 5th Avenue of the Arts Garage is a 12-story complex that will offer 1,010 spaces at the corner of 5th Avenue North and Church Street. Owned by MDHA, the ground level of the structure also features 8,000 square feet of retail space. R.C. Mathews Contractor self-performed the structural concrete package for this project.
