Fin & Pearl is Nashville's first fresh seafood restaurant comitted to sustainable and traceable sourcing. Located on the ground floor of the upscale living Twelve Twelve tower, this project required extensive planning and coordination with condo owners and building management, as well as a unique kitchen exhaust scrubber system. Scheduling materials was crucial as all wood featured in the restaurant was sourced directly from a teak supplier in Nicarauga.
