Meet our newest Project Engineer, Mitchell Hailey! Originally from Lookout Mountain, he recently graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Construction is a family affair In the Hailey household. Mitchell’s interest in construction started at a young age when he began helping his dad with his commercial glazing business. Mitchell’s older brother Parker also lives in Nashville and works in the construction industry.
On the weekends, you’ll most likely find Mitchell outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring new places. A highlight of Mitchell’s summer was taking an unforgettable trip to Alaska with his dad, brother, and uncle, where they spent the week camping and fishing. One insanely fun fact about Mitchell is that he was once ranked number one in the nation for silhouette shooting! If Mitchell could pick a dream vacation, he would head out on an African safari.
Mitchell is also a big college football fan, and he’s excited to go to more Nashville Predators hockey games this season. He also enjoys spending time with his family and their family dog, Stoney, a charismatic labradoodle. As he looks ahead this year, Mitchell is especially excited to dive in at RCMC, hunt during deer season, and experience everything Nashville has to offer.
