Welcome, Ashley!
Ashley joins us as our new Project Coordinator, bringing a strong background in education and project-based work. Originally from Grapevine, Texas, she moved to Tennessee in 2020 and recently relocated from Memphis to Nashville. After starting her career as a kindergarten teacher and later working in the nonprofit sector as an impact analyst and consultant, Ashley earned her CAPM certification and decided to pursue her growing interest in project management within the construction industry.
Ashley is most excited about collaborating with the team, building relationships, and learning more about the construction industry and our unique list of projects. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dog, Grizz, and her fiancé, visiting local breweries, and staying active. This year, Ashley is looking forward to attending more of her friends' weddings and continuing to explore Nashville. We’re so excited to welcome Ashley to the team!
Meet Cam!
Cam is joining us as a VDC Specialist! Originally from Chicago, he has called Nashville home since 2022 and is excited to continue building his career here. He was drawn to R.C. Mathews for the opportunity to work with a local, community-focused contractor where he can be part of meaningful projects that make a direct impact. Cam enjoys the creative side of pursuit work and appreciates the agility and collaboration that come with a smaller team. He is eager to take on new challenges, keep learning, and contribute wherever he can. He is currently working on The Opaline, a 251-unit affordable mixed-use development on Dickerson Pike.
Outside of work, Cam stays busy riding his moped, working on basically anything with a motor, and cooking meals for all of his friends. He is an active member of his moped club, which recently completed a long ride to New Orleans. He also enjoys discovering smaller music venues and catching live shows around Nashville. We are excited to have Cam on the team and look forward to the energy and creativity he brings!
