Our in-house VDC Team has been involved with our Nashville Christian School project since the preliminary stages of preconstruction and will continue to be involved until the project's completion.
The team started with site walks with a school representative to understand the scope of the work and what services would be beneficial to the project.
Because this project includes renovations and additions to existing structures, we partnered with Multivista to get laser scans of the campus. The scans provide point cloud data that we can integrate into a 3D model to coordinate MEP installation and structural concrete.
Other services we have provided so far include drone imagery and a logistics plan for the public to understand routing and detours during construction.
We are so excited to have officially broken ground on this project, and we are thankful our VDC team can self-perform so many key capabilities!
