Project Executive Kabir Sandhu Recognized in NBJ's 40 Under 40 List

We are thrilled to announce that Kabir Sandhu, a Project Executive here at R.C. Mathews, has been recognized in the Nashville Business Journal's latest 40 Under 40 list!

Kabir has worked at R.C. Mathews for almost 10 years and has been an instrumental factor on projects such as Vanderbilt University's E. Bronson Ingram College, the MDHA Bus Barns Garage, and many more. As a native Nashvillian and strong community figure, Kabir currently serves as Chairman of the Nashville Parks Foundation and as Chairman of the Metro Stormwater Management Committee. His go-getter, optimistic attitude is key to his success as a community leader and Project Executive.

In the 40 Under 40 article, the Nashville Business Journal asked each winner to take a selfie and share something about themselves. Kabir chose to take his photo in front of a waste sorting facility, stating: “I'm an advocate for smart growth solutions, like this construction waste sorting facility, limiting how much goes into the landfill. It will play a key role as we navigate 'New Nashville 2nd Act.'"

When asked "What about you would most surprise your high school self?" Kabir stated, "Life just keeps getting better with realistic expectations. Don’t have to be first, or win."

Congratulations to Kabir and the rest of the NBJ 40 Under 40 Winners! Read more about the 2024 class of 40 Under 40 winners HERE.
