Introducing the R.C. Mathews DYNAMIC DUO... Ali and Kelsie!
Many of us show up to events like the Chili Cook-Off, the Christmas Luncheon, or any on-site event and don’t realize all of behind-the-scenes planning and effort that these events require. From making last minute Costco runs to loading up trucks after BBQ in Red Shoes and everything in between, Kelsie and Ali work hard to make sure that every event is executed seamlessly. Beyond planning and executing our events, Ali and Kelsie have other responsibilities... like coaching volleyball and taking care of their precious pups!

Day-to-day responsibilities beyond event planning: All things Codes, MWS, NDOT related, Miscellaneous PM and Superintendent requests/needs
Favorite R.C. Mathews Event: Chili Cook Off! It’s laid back and there’s beautiful surroundings, and good food and music. I love seeing everyone’s kids running around having a good time!
Hobbies: Coaching/playing volleyball, hiking, anything water related, watching Cami play her sports, concerts, dogs
Why you enjoy event planning: I like seeing everyone get together outside of the everyday norm to have some fun!

Day-to-day responsibilities beyond event planning: Writing owner and subcontractor contracts and change orders, collecting
closeout documents, office management, miscellaneous PM and Superintendent requests/needs
Favorite R.C. Mathews Event: Topping Outs! I enjoy celebrating the hard work of the office and field staff to reach that milestone
Hobbies: RZR riding, reading a book in my hammock, fishing, walking my dog
Why you enjoy event planning: I love expressing my creativity and seeing an idea be turned into reality!

Ali has been invaluable in growing our codes relationships and permitting expertise. She is the go to resource for getting our projects done within the city. I also appreciate all of the company and community events that she participates in. Even being the spokeswomen for RCMC at the AGC convention! Kelsie has been a huge support to the entire company, but especially the PM staff in helping keep everyone organized. Kelsie has also helped elevate our company events and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help the team.
